These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of 3techy.com (the "Site") and form the general basis for the services 3Techy ("3techy", "we", "us") provides to clients (the "Services").
By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. A signed proposal, statement of work or contract for a specific project takes priority over these Terms where they differ.
01Use of the website
You may use the Site to learn about our Services and contact us. You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or connected systems.
- Send spam, malicious code or automated requests that disrupt the Site.
- Copy or republish the Site's content without our permission.
02Our services
We design, build and support websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, AI solutions and related software. The scope, timeline, deliverables and price of each project are agreed in writing in a proposal or statement of work before work begins. Changes to the agreed scope may affect the timeline and cost and will be confirmed with you in writing.
03Your responsibilities
To help us deliver on time, you agree to:
- Provide accurate requirements, content and feedback in good time.
- Give us the access we need to accounts, servers or third-party services.
- Make sure you have the rights to any content, data or materials you give us.
- Review and approve deliverables within the agreed review periods.
04Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Unless your contract says otherwise, projects are billed in milestones, and invoices are due within 14 days. We may pause work on a project if payments are overdue. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, app store fees and paid APIs are billed to you or paid by you directly.
05Intellectual property
Once a project is paid for in full, you own the custom source code, designs and documentation we create specifically for you, and we hand over everything along with the related accounts. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, and grant you a permanent licence to use any that are included in your product. Open-source components remain under their own licences.
Unless you ask us not to, we may mention you as a client and show non-confidential parts of the work in our portfolio.
06Confidentiality
Both sides agree to keep each other's confidential information private and to use it only for the project. We are happy to sign a separate NDA before you share details of your idea.
07Support and warranty
After launch we fix bugs in the work we delivered free of charge during the warranty period stated in your contract. Ongoing maintenance, hosting management and new features are available under a separate support plan.
08Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, 3techy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
09Ending a project
Either side may end a project with written notice as set out in the contract. You pay for the work completed up to that point, and we hand over that work once payment is received.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it cannot be resolved, it will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless your contract specifies otherwise.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page. Changes do not affect projects already under a signed contract.
